– Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached).
– Manufacturing flaws or defects.
– Significant difference in color or style from the product description on our website.
– Missing items from your order
– Items damaged during shipping
– You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue for our team to review.

3. Return Process

– Return Approval: We will respond within 2 business days, notifying you via email whether your return request has been approved or rejected.
– Shipping: Once approved, ship your item to return address: C 88 Carriage Lane, Destrehan, LA 70047, United States. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Please do not send your return without approval.
4. Partial Refunds (Minor Issues)
– If your item has a minor defect but is still usable, we may offer a partial refund. Please send photos and a description to our support team — we’ll work with you on the best solution.
5. Refund Process

– Review: Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1–2 business days.
– Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
– Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to complete the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. If you don’t receive your refund in the anticipated time frame, please contact your bank immediately.

– Total expected time is about 7–14 business days from the date we receive your refund request/we receive your returned items.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
– Items must be in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for full refund.
– Ensure your return package is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
C. EXCHANGE POLICY

– Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
– Accepted Reasons: We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you ordered the wrong size/color.

2. Exchange Shipping Fees
– Our Responsibility: If the exchange is required due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Zekbay will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
– Your Responsibility: If you are exchanging an item due to ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind, you will be responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
3. Exchange Process
