A. SHIPPING FEE
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all orders, no matter the size or weight.
B. ORDER PROCESSING
1. Processing Time
– Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
– Processing includes order confirmation, payment verification, and packaging.
2. Shipping Confirmation
– Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent including a tracking number and carrier details.
C. SHIPPING CARRIERS
– We work with reliable shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS,… to make sure that your product arrives on time and safely.
D. DELIVERY TIME
– Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after processing (excluding holidays and weekends).
– Delivery occurs during normal business hours, Monday to Saturday.
– Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
E. SHIPPING COVERAGE
– We only deliver to addresses within the United States.
– We accept delivery to residential addresses, businesses, and PO Boxes.
– Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
F. TRACKING INFORMATION

– Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
– You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
2. Delay in tracking
– Please note that there may be occasional delays in tracking updates, especially during high shipping volumes or when the package is in transit between locations.

H. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
1. Damaged Orders
– If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.
– If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately.
– We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.
2. Lost Packages
– If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact us immediately.
– We will work with the shipping carrier to find your order as quickly as possible.
I. POSSIBLE DELAYS
– Unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as: bad weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, holiday periods and peak shipping seasons, natural disasters or emergencies.
– If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
– During peak seasons (holidays), please allow additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
